In short: we use your information only to make and deliver your order and to talk to you about it. We never sell it, we don't advertise with it, and this website uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who we are

We are a small kitchen in Beirut: Mo makes every jar himself. For anything about your information, write to orders@entrecotesauce.com or WhatsApp +961 81 962 222.

What we collect when you order

• Your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address.
• In Lebanon, the map pin of your address, only if you choose to share it.
• Your order and any note you write.

Card payments are handled by our bank's secure Mastercard Gateway (Crédit Libanais / NetCommerce). We never see or keep your card number.

What we count when you visit

To know which sauces and recipes people like, and where an order gets stuck, the website keeps anonymous counts: which parts of the page are viewed or clicked, the country (from the network), the type of device, and the website you came from. These counts contain no name, no email, no phone number and no IP address, and they can't be used to identify you. No cookie is used for this.

Why we use your information

• To prepare and deliver your order, and to send your order confirmation.
• To contact you about your order (delivery, a question, a problem).
• If you start a card payment and don't finish it, we may send you one short email about two hours later, signed by Mo, to ask if something went wrong. Only once, never again for that order.
• We send you news only if you tick the box for it.

Who we share it with, and why

• Our bank (Mastercard Gateway, Crédit Libanais / NetCommerce), to take card payments.
• The delivery company (our own driver in Lebanon, Aramex, or DHL), so they can bring your order and send you tracking.
• Resend, the service that delivers our emails (order confirmation and the one reminder).
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website.

Each of them uses your information only for that job. We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it for advertising.

Cookies and what is saved on your device

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to accept or reject. It saves only small settings on your own phone or computer: your language, your country of delivery, and, if you tick "Remember my details", your details to fill in the order form next time. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser's data for this site.

How long we keep it

• Card orders that were started but not paid: 90 days.
• Paid orders: one year.
• Anonymous counts: kept, as they contain nothing about you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to orders@entrecotesauce.com or WhatsApp us; we usually answer within 30 minutes, and always the same day. If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your country's data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we use your information, we update this page and the date at the top.

Ce que nous recueillons quand vous commandez

• Votre nom, votre numéro de mobile, votre e-mail et votre adresse de livraison.
• Au Liban, la position de votre adresse sur la carte, seulement si vous choisissez de la partager.
• Votre commande et la note que vous écrivez.

Les paiements par carte passent par la passerelle sécurisée Mastercard de notre banque (Crédit Libanais / NetCommerce). Nous ne voyons et ne gardons jamais votre numéro de carte.

Ce que nous comptons quand vous visitez le site

Pour savoir quelles sauces et recettes plaisent, et où une commande bloque, le site garde des comptages anonymes : les parties de la page vues ou cliquées, le pays (d'après le réseau), le type d'appareil et le site d'où vous venez. Ces comptages ne contiennent ni nom, ni e-mail, ni téléphone, ni adresse IP, et ne permettent pas de vous identifier. Aucun cookie n'est utilisé pour cela.

Pourquoi nous utilisons vos informations

• Pour préparer et livrer votre commande, et vous envoyer sa confirmation.
• Pour vous contacter au sujet de votre commande (livraison, question, problème).
• Si vous commencez un paiement par carte sans le terminer, nous pouvons vous envoyer un seul court e-mail environ deux heures plus tard, signé par Mo, pour vous demander si quelque chose n'a pas marché. Une seule fois, jamais plus pour cette commande.
• Nous vous envoyons des nouvelles seulement si vous cochez la case prévue.

Avec qui nous les partageons, et pourquoi

• Notre banque (passerelle Mastercard, Crédit Libanais / NetCommerce), pour les paiements par carte.
• Le livreur (notre propre livreur au Liban, Aramex ou DHL), pour vous apporter votre commande et vous envoyer le suivi.
• Resend, le service qui envoie nos e-mails (confirmation de commande et l'unique rappel).
• Cloudflare, qui héberge le site.

Chacun n'utilise vos informations que pour ce travail. Nous ne vendons ni ne louons jamais vos informations, et ne les partageons jamais à des fins publicitaires.

Cookies et ce qui est enregistré sur votre appareil

Ce site n'utilise aucun cookie de suivi ou publicitaire : il n'y a donc rien à accepter ou refuser. Il enregistre seulement de petits réglages sur votre téléphone ou ordinateur : votre langue, votre pays de livraison et, si vous cochez « Mémoriser mes coordonnées », vos coordonnées pour remplir le formulaire la prochaine fois. Vous pouvez les effacer à tout moment en supprimant les données de ce site dans votre navigateur.

Combien de temps nous les gardons

• Commandes par carte commencées mais non payées : 90 jours.
• Commandes payées : un an.
• Comptages anonymes : conservés, car ils ne contiennent rien sur vous.

Vos droits

Vous pouvez nous demander à tout moment de voir les informations que nous avons sur vous, de les corriger ou de les supprimer. Écrivez à orders@entrecotesauce.com ou sur WhatsApp ; nous répondons en général dans les 30 minutes, et toujours le jour même. Si vous vivez dans l'Union européenne, vous avez aussi les droits prévus par le RGPD, dont celui de vous adresser à l'autorité de protection des données de votre pays.

Modifications

Si nous changeons notre façon d'utiliser vos informations, nous mettons à jour cette page et la date en haut.

ما نجمعه عندما تطلبون

• الاسم، رقم الموبايل، البريد الإلكتروني وعنوان التوصيل.
• في لبنان، موقع عنوانكم على الخريطة، فقط إذا اخترتم مشاركته.
• طلبكم وأي ملاحظة تكتبونها.

الدفع بالبطاقة يتم عبر بوابة Mastercard الآمنة لمصرفنا (Crédit Libanais / NetCommerce). لا نرى رقم بطاقتكم ولا نحتفظ به أبداً.

ما نعدّه عندما تزورون الموقع

لنعرف أي صلصات ووصفات تعجبكم، وأين يتوقف الطلب، يحتفظ الموقع بأرقام مجهولة الهوية: أي أجزاء من الصفحة تُشاهَد أو يُضغَط عليها، البلد (حسب الشبكة)، نوع الجهاز، والموقع الذي أتيتم منه. هذه الأرقام لا تحتوي على اسم أو بريد إلكتروني أو رقم هاتف أو عنوان IP، ولا يمكن أن تكشف هويتكم. ولا نستخدم أي كوكيز لذلك.

لماذا نستخدم معلوماتكم

• لتحضير طلبكم وتوصيله، ولإرسال تأكيد الطلب.
• للتواصل معكم بشأن طلبكم (التوصيل، سؤال، مشكلة).
• إذا بدأتم الدفع بالبطاقة ولم تكملوه، قد نرسل لكم رسالة واحدة فقط قصيرة بعد نحو ساعتين، موقّعة من Mo، لنسألكم إن حصلت مشكلة. مرة واحدة فقط، ولا تتكرر لهذا الطلب.
• نرسل لكم أخبارنا فقط إذا اخترتم ذلك.

مع من نشاركها، ولماذا

• مصرفنا (بوابة Mastercard، Crédit Libanais / NetCommerce)، للدفع بالبطاقة.
• شركة التوصيل (سائقنا في لبنان، أو Aramex، أو DHL)، لإيصال طلبكم وإرسال التتبّع لكم.
• Resend، الخدمة التي ترسل رسائلنا الإلكترونية (تأكيد الطلب والتذكير الوحيد).
• Cloudflare، الذي يستضيف الموقع.

كل جهة تستخدم معلوماتكم لهذه المهمة فقط. لا نبيع معلوماتكم ولا نؤجّرها أبداً، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

الكوكيز وما يُحفظ على جهازكم

هذا الموقع لا يستخدم أي كوكيز للتتبّع أو الإعلانات، لذلك لا يوجد ما تقبلونه أو ترفضونه. يحفظ فقط إعدادات صغيرة على هاتفكم أو كمبيوتركم: اللغة، بلد التوصيل، وإذا اخترتم «تذكّر معلوماتي»، معلوماتكم لتعبئة نموذج الطلب في المرة المقبلة. يمكنكم حذفها في أي وقت بمسح بيانات هذا الموقع من المتصفّح.

كم من الوقت نحتفظ بها

• طلبات البطاقة التي بدأت ولم تُدفَع: 90 يوماً.
• الطلبات المدفوعة: سنة واحدة.
• الأرقام المجهولة الهوية: نحتفظ بها، لأنها لا تحتوي على أي شيء عنكم.

حقوقكم

يمكنكم أن تطلبوا منّا في أي وقت رؤية المعلومات التي لدينا عنكم، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها. راسلونا على orders@entrecotesauce.com أو على واتساب؛ نجيب عادةً خلال 30 دقيقة، ودائماً في اليوم نفسه. إذا كنتم تقيمون في الاتحاد الأوروبي، لديكم أيضاً الحقوق التي يمنحها النظام الأوروبي لحماية البيانات (GDPR)، ومنها حق تقديم شكوى لدى سلطة حماية البيانات في بلدكم.
